Strong at 70: How Confidence Grows with Consistency

When she first joined Forever FIT, she didn’t turn on her camera.

She had just retired. It was during COVID. She was simply looking for something active — and maybe a little social. She wasn’t chasing a dramatic transformation. She just wanted to move more.

And quietly, something powerful began to happen.

Today, she takes three classes per week — Upper Body Strength, Build & Burn, and Lower Body Strength. She feels stronger than she ever has. Her balance has improved. Her core strength has increased. Her stamina has grown.

    She’s turning 70 this year.

Setting clear Intention to Gain Empowerment

      Empowerment is not loud.

      It’s not always dramatic.
      It’s not always visible.

Most of the time, empowerment is quiet.

It’s the decision to wake up and move your body.
It’s the decision to speak up in a meeting.
It’s the decision to nourish yourself instead of neglect yourself.
It’s the decision to stop waiting.

Empowerment is not something you stumble into.

      It’s something you set.

      And it begins with intention.

Confidence is Gained When Strength Is Gained

There is a moment that happens in strength training.

        It’s subtle. Quiet. Almost invisible.

It’s the moment you pick up a weight you once thought was too heavy… and you lift it.

Not perfectly. Not effortlessly. But you do it.

        And something shifts.

Because strength training is never just about muscle.

        It’s about proof.

Living a Full Life with Clear Nutrition

So many women walk through life feeling confused about food. One week carbs are “bad.” The next week they’re essential. One influencer says intermittent fasting is the answer. Another says you must eat every two hours. Add in busy schedules, family needs, stress, social events, and emotional triggers… and suddenly food feels overwhelming instead of empowering.

It’s Time to Bring Wellness to Your Workplace

A new year often means a fresh budget—and for many organizations, that includes dedicated wellness dollars designed to support employee health, morale, and engagement. If you’re wondering how to best use those funds, Forever FIT can help.

Forever FIT Member Spotlight: Christina Franzini

Sometimes the most powerful transformations don’t begin with a fitness goal—they begin with a decision to choose yourself.

For Christina, that moment came after reconnecting with old friends at her high school reunion. What started as a night filled with laughter and memories sparked something deeper: a desire to feel happy, confident, and like herself again.

Learning to Love the Food that Loves You Back

Nutrition often comes with rules, guilt, and pressure—but it doesn’t have to. Loving nutrition means choosing foods that support your body while still enjoying what you eat.

Healthy eating isn’t about restriction. It’s about nourishment.

Self-Love Is Appreciating What Your Body Can Do

Self-love in wellness is often misunderstood. It’s not about loving every inch of your body every day. It’s about respecting your body, caring for it, and recognizing everything it does for you—right now.

                  Your body isn’t a project. It’s a partner.

Fall in Love with the Habit of Wellness

We often associate wellness with motivation—waiting for the right moment, the right mood, or the right level of energy. But motivation is fleeting. What truly creates change is something far more reliable: habit.
